The Future of Eyelash Extension Education!

Interested in joining our Team as a 3-D Beauty Educator?

3-D Beauty is looking for talented Eyelash Extension Professionals to join our team of Educators.

You must meet the following criteria:

Be licensed according to your state, province or country standards.
Maintain liability insurance
Have been doing lashes actively (at least 15 hours/week) for at least 2 years.
Be coachable and have a great attitude
Attend Continuing Education Courses/Trainings as mandated by 3-D Beauty
Be available at least one Sunday/Monday per month to facilitate a course.
Attend monthly webinar with Director of Education and other educators to
stay up to date on protocols, teaching tips and industry best practices.

The following are a list of steps to qualifying as a 3-D Beauty Educator:

Submit an application of interest online.
Phone interview with Director over Education.
Register to take a Classic course and be mentored by a lead Educator.
Attend another Classic course as an Educator and be shadowed by a lead Educator.
Passed the NEESA LXP Silver Exam (or are willing to take)
